Pre-Qualification Disclaimer
To qualify for this program, you must meet the following conditions: You have been pre-qualified for an auto loan in the amount of $5,000 to $52,250 based on information obtained through a soft credit inquiry and other information available at the time of the pre-qualification review. Pre-qualification is not a credit approval, loan approval, pre-approval, financing approval, or commitment to lend. Final financing approval is subject to review and approval by the participating lender(s). To obtain financing, you must continue to satisfy all lender underwriting requirements and eligibility criteria, including but not limited to: a minimum verifiable gross monthly income of $2,000; a vehicle payment that does not exceed 15% to 30% of gross monthly income; total monthly debt obligations, including the proposed vehicle payment, that do not exceed 40% to 60% of gross monthly income; verification of income, employment, residence, identity, and any other information requested by the lender; meeting all lender creditworthiness, collateral, loan-to-value, vehicle eligibility, and underwriting requirements; providing a down payment sufficient to satisfy lender and dealership equity requirements; and payment or refinancing of any negative equity in your current vehicle, if applicable. A completed credit application, additional credit review, and supporting documentation may be required prior to final approval. A hard credit inquiry may be obtained and may appear on your credit report. Changes in your financial condition, credit profile, employment, income, residence, debt obligations, or other information provided may affect your eligibility and financing terms. Final approval, loan amount, annual percentage rate (APR), term, monthly payment, down payment requirement, and other financing terms are determined solely by the lender and may differ from any pre-qualified amount displayed. Financing is subject to vehicle availability and eligibility, lender program availability, verification of information provided, and satisfaction of all lender conditions at the time of purchase.
